TERMS

Reserve a puppy.

New owner will place a deposit of $100.00 toward a puppy from the current litter. This deposit is non-refundable unless the puppy presents with a health issue at his/her six week check up. If there are not health issues the deposit is non-refundable. After the 6 week check up the deposit can not be refunded for any reason. Balance of the purchase price is due at 8 weeks or just prior to delivery. If the new owner changes his/her mind or can not take the pup at this time the new owner will have 12 months to pick a different puppy from a future litter to apply the deposit toward.

Sale of a puppy.

(Valley View Yorkshires) ("Keith Snyder") agrees to
sell the identified dog to the purchaser ("OWNER") and OWNER agrees to pay
the purchase price set forth above by cash, cashier's check or money order to
be paid in full by the time of purchase. As a condition of this purchase,

BREEDER represents the following:

1. The dog is in good health and has had the following shots: (see shot record provided) . The fact that the dog has been immunized does not guarantee immunity. It must have a
series of shots with the final booster given between 4 and 5 months.

2. The dog has been wormed with _(will be provided with health record.)

3. The dog's sire and dam can be traced to Yorkshires who
have been registered with the American Kennel Club ("AKC"), Canadian Kennel Club (“CKC“), Continental Kennel Club (“CKC”), or America’s Pet Registry Inc (“APRI”).

4. BREEDER will provide a APRI pedigree for the dog going back at least three
generations.

As a condition of the sale, the OWNER agrees as follows:

1. The dog will be given a good and loving home.

2. The dog will be given good veterinary care.

3. The OWNER will make all reasonable attempts to follow the instructions
given for raising the dog.

4. The OWNER will feed the dog a good brand of premium dog food such as
Science Diet, Eukanuba for Small Dogs, Nutro, IAMS, or other premium food.

5. If the dog is being shipped, the OWNER agrees to pay for the shipping.

LIMITED 7 DAY:

The OWNERS veterinarian should examine the dog within one week. OWNER needs to notify the breeder and return the pup immediately, if practical and in the best interests of the dog. Otherwise, follow directions as to its care.

If the new owners veterinarian AND the breeders veterinarian agree that the illness is shown to originate with the breeder, the above guarantee applies and may include payment of reasonable veterinary fees by the breeder. (Parvovirus or Distemper would be examples) New owner should not authorize expensive tests or procedures. Especially if they live within 2 hours of breeder. Breeder will arrange for any recommended tests and procedures to be performed by breeder’s Vet if at all possible.

The breeder does not warranty against hernias but will rebate $60.00 should the dog present with a hernia.

The warranties set forth in this contract is the sole warranty and is given in lieu of any and all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Owner's sole remedy is under the warranty provision of this contract and the BREEDER disclaims and will not be liable for any other damages including consequential damages, property damage, emotional distress, loss of use, business interruption or veterinary fees unless specifically set forth in this warranty provision.

Pup is warranted for 1 year of age against life threatening congenital defects that may present after pup has been checked by vet for limited warranty. With return of the pet, breeder will offer choice of another pup of same value.

GENERAL:

If for any reason during a pets lifetime, an owner needs to find a new home for a dog that we have sold them, we will assist or take the dog back rather than see it placed in a shelter.

This contract sets forth the entire agreement between the BREEDER and OWNER and any inconsistent oral terms have no effect on this contract.

If there is any dispute or litigation between the BREEDER and OWNER, the prevailing party will be entitled to reasonable attorneys fees and costs.

REGISTRATION:

The formal pedigree forms will be sent to the purchaser within 1 month of delivery of puppy. Registering your dog is a good way to show your support for the continuation of the breed, even if you do not intend to breed or show yourself. Registration is best done early.
